Delivery & Handling (UK)
We use two delivery methods to get your sweets to you
- Royal Mail
- Target Express Couriers
By using Royal Mail we try to keep the postal charges to a minimum, this method is used for all orders up to 1 Kg.
All orders less than 1.0kg and will attract a fixed cost of £2.70 for First Class packing and posting. For orders over 1 Kg, a fixed price of £4.99 for all mainland deliveries will apply. These packages will be delivered by our carrier, Target Express, and will require a signature as proof of delivery. Parcels will not be left without a signature, so if you’re unlikely to be in please nominate a neighbour or someone else who could take it in and sign for it.
Deliveries outside the UK will be priced accordingly and agreed with the customer.
Trade Orders above the minimum order value will not incur any carriage charge.
PLEASE NOTE: Our carrier will only attempt to deliver the package twice. A card will be left on both occasions letting you know where you can collect your package, and how to arrange re-delivery. Bonds Confectionery Ltd cannot be held responsible for any additional delivery charges incurred as a result of retuned items and subsequent redeliveries.
Delivery Times
Our goal is to deliver your order in quickest possible time. Deliveries outside the UK will naturally take longer.
Payment
Cheques should be made payable to Bonds Confectionery Ltd.
VAT
VAT will be added to all orders in the UK and EU at the current rate. All orders outside these two areas will attract zero VAT.

Returns
In the unlikely event that you experience a problem with the quality of the product, please return them to us marked Web Sales to us stating the problem. You must enclose your contact details, wrappings, and any other information such as batch number so that we can investigate the problem thoroughly. The customer is responsible for the payment of any return carriage costs involved. Please note that neither Bonds Confectionery nor our carriers can be held responsible for deterioration of products in transportation due to hot weather or other adverse conditions.
Nut Warning
We have where possible and to the best of our knowledge placed a warning on the product packaging if it contains nuts or traces of nuts, this is a guide only to help those who suffer from nut allergies, but it should not be relied upon 100% as it is not always possible to have total knowledge of this. Bonds Confectionery Ltd cannot guarantee this information is 100% accurate, if in doubt do not purchase.
